JobsInSports.com is assisting the most prominent youth sports organization in the United States hire their next Membership Developer. You will drive customer sales and promote this national organizations programs and services to existing membership and nonmembers for continuing growth and retention of the organization on a national basis. Also provide development support services to maintain the highest level of quality service to all volunteers, members, prospects and staff, managing their daily functions in a manner consistent with the goals of the Organization. Receive and appropriately respond to interested parties’ inquiries about becoming a member and generate leads to substantially increase membership, with performance ultimately measured by the number of new Regions established and new players registered. Give persuasive sales presentations and close sales to develop regional participation. Work with other staff and volunteers to create effective marketing strategies for community league growth and retention. Travel to support, present and participate in workshops and seminars at Section and Area meetings as required (including evenings and weekends). Exhibit at trade shows when appropriate. Maintain organizational databases and contact logs.Create weekly statistical reports to evaluate accomplishment of established goals. Attend and actively participate in department meetings and planning sessions as scheduled.
